Have you heard about the Toyota bZ4X? It’s a fully electric SUV that offers a ton of power, excellent driving range, and the latest tech and safety feature. These are the details we have so far.
Power
The base Toyota bZ4X comes with one motor that produces 201 horsepower, along with front-wheel drive. There is also a two-motor setup that increases the horsepower to 215. This comes with all-wheel drive.
Driving Range and Charging Time
The single-motor Toyota bZ4X has a 63.4-kWh battery pack, and it offers up to 252 miles of driving on a full charge. The two-motor version comes with a 65.5-kWh battery pack, and this will let you travel up to 228 miles on a single charge. Both come with a 6.6-kW onboard charger, and a Level 2 charging station can get the battery juiced up in nine hours. With a DC fast-charger, you’ll be able to get up to an 80-percent charge in less than an hour.
Tech
The Toyota bZ4X comes with many advanced tech features, including an infotainment system with a huge 12.3-inch touchscreen that includes Android Auto™ and Apple CarPlay®. A Wi-Fi hot spot, cloud-based navigation, and wireless device charging are also standard.
Safety
You’ll get many of the latest safety systems in your Toyota bZ4X, including lane keep assist, lane departure warning, and automated emergency braking. Pedestrian and cyclist detection, blind spot monitoring, and adaptive cruise control will be standard as well.
