Last week, Toyota Motor North America (TMNA) released its sales numbers for November 2017, and they look fantastic ā the perfect launching pad for the annual Toyotathon event happening now through Jan. 2, 2018, at our local Toyota dealer. Toyota light trucks racked up their best-ever November sales, and for the 11th month in a row the Toyota RAV4 posted a best-ever monthly total.
And those arenāt the only Toyota vehicles that knocked it out of the park last month. Take a look at this list:
- Toyota 4Runner: more than 10,000 units sold last month, best-ever for November (a 17 percent increase over Nov. ā16)
- Toyota Camry: almost 35,000 units sold, best-ever November sales
- Toyota Highlander: over 19,000 units sold
- Toyota Tacoma: sales up four percent from Nov. ā16
- Toyota Tundra: 9,700 units sold, a 1.3 percent bump from Nov. ā16
None of these numbers come as a surprise to anyone at our Baltimore Toyota dealer, given all the great things that have happened for the Toyota brand in 2017. For one, the 2018 Toyota Camry is fully redesigned, a clear evolutionary step forward in terms of styling, handling, power, and safety. Also, the Toyota Highlander continues to be an American family favorite ā the ideal three-row crossover SUV boasting exceptional comfort, roominess, refinement, and family-oriented features. And the Toyota Tacoma extends its reign as the auto industryās leading light-duty pickup.
As for those customers targeting a Toyota RAV4 near Baltimore, MD, 11 consecutive record-setting months speaks volumes about this compact crossover SUVās capabilities. Plus, the 2018 model family welcomes a new trim, the off-road-focused 2018 Toyota RAV4 Adventure. Integrated black roof rails, 18-inch five-spoke black alloy wheels, big overfender flares, rugged rocker panel guards, and much more.
