We've raved about the 2013 Toyota Camry before in a past post right here on the R & H Toyota dealership blog, and we're not the only ones who think this vehicle is something special.  The brand had a strong increase in vehicle sales for this sedan and a few of our other favorite models in February, and we have a good feeling that when the March results are in, the numbers will look even better.

Specifically, the daily selling rate (DSR) for all Toyota vehicles are up 8.7 percent over last year's numbers, and the Camry alone was responsible for 31,270 of those sales.

These numbers are even more impressive when you factor in all of the factors working against the new car industry right now.  Bill Fay, Toyota Division Group Vice President and General Manager, noted an increase in gas prices, a looming federal financial crisis, and severe winter weather in parts of the nation as reasons people could have stayed away from showrooms like ours this winter.

However, the Avalon, which saw a sales increase of 63.1 percent, RAV4, which sold 13,329 units, and the rest of the new Toyota lineup have so many great features and options that people were still test driving them and taking them home, despite these reasons to be cautious.

Come down to our 9801 Reisterstown Road Owings Mills, MD 21117 showroom to check out all of our popular new or used Toyota vehicles today, and if you have any questions, a member of our team will be more than happy to answer them for you.
