The 2013 Toyota Sequoia will be making its way to showrooms soon, and it's more remarkable than ever before! The new Toyota Sequoia SUV is the "Big Daddy" of the brand's fleet, and, though its exterior may look only slightly offered for the 2013 model year, its cabin tells a different story. As an industry first, the new Sequoia can be equipped with a Blu-Ray rear seat entertainment system. And, to further amaze drivers, Toyota will also offer its Entune media management system. Each Sequoia will also be fitted with extra power.
Along with the newly available amenities inside the vehicle's cabin, comes a standard powertrain. No longer featuring a 4.6 liter 310 horsepower V8, the new SUV features a much more powerful 5.7 liter 381 horsepower iForce V8. This engine is paired to a six-speed automatic transmission, and when the SUV is properly equipped, it has the ability to haul up to 7,400 lbs of any sort of vehicle that needs to be towed!
Of course, the Sequoia is also quite luxurious inside as well as out, featuring elements that are usually reserved for the brand's upscale Lexus nameplate. The Blu-Ray package comes standard in the vehicle's Platinum trim and features a flip-down, nine-inch screen and incorporated dual wireless headphones.
