Here at R & H Toyota, conveniently located at 9801 Reistertown Road Owings Mills, MD 21117, we're incredibly impressed with the 2012 Toyota Prius models available, which include the standard Toyota Prius, the Toyota Prius Plug-In Hybrid, Toyota Prius v,  and the Toyota Prius c,  however, to be truly successful, a product must evolve,  and there's a new line of fourth-generation Prius models coming in 2015. Luckily for you, R & H Toyota is here to share all of the updates.

The upcoming generation of Prius vehicles is expected to be lighter and more aerodynamic. Toyota has even been negotiating with top tire-makers to create new low-resistance tires to outfit the new vehicles. Of course, because these new vehicles will be more aerodynamic, they will also be more fuel-efficient. That's white shocking when you consider that the current Prius lineup is already very eco- and fuel-friendly.

The Prius has gradually increased in weight over the years, though the currentPrius c compact is quite a bit lighter than the other current Prius models. Of course, Toyota must also consider money matters. A lighter weight for vehicles means more expensive materials, and the company will need to keep the Prius affordable for cost-conscious drivers.
