Spotlight on the 2019 Toyota Avalon at the Detroit Auto Show

It’s one of the highlights of this year’s Detroit Auto Show, and it will soon be available at our leading new and pre-owned Toyota car dealership serving Reisterstown, MD: the all-new 2019 Toyota Avalon, whose exceptional combination of style, performance, and technological advancement has proven a huge draw for auto show attendees.

On sale this spring, the fully redesigned 2019 Toyota Avalon offers lots of appealing advancements. Once such is its standard Toyota Safety Sense™ package, which includes only the latest safety tech: full-speed range dynamic radar cruise control, back-guide monitor, lane-departure alert with steering assist, and much more.  Also on full display in Detroit all week is the 2019 Toyota Avalon model’s adaptive variable suspension, an available innovation that’s a first for a Toyota model. This new suspension ensures this flagship sedan’s lofty performance credentials, as does the fact that it was engineered with the Toyota brand’s progressive Toyota New Global Architecture platform.

The adaptive variable suspension isn’t the only Toyota-first boasted by the 2019 Toyota Avalon. There are several others, including engine sound enhancement, optional Yamaha wood and aluminum interior accents, dynamic auxiliary turn signals, and standard Apple CarPlay®. Plus, this full-size sedan offers two new colors: Harbor Gray Metallic and Opulent Amber, joining a diverse existing color palette that includes Midnight Black Metallic, Celestial Silver Metallic, and Parisian Night Pearl.

Under the hood, Heritage Toyota Owings Mills customers interested in a 2019 Toyota Avalon will have two compelling choices: a 3.5-liter V6 engine paired with an all-new eight-speed automatic gearbox, or a 2.5-liter C Toyota Hybrid System II power plant that mates with a 650-volt electric motor and a continuously-variable transmission (CVT).

The 2019 Toyota Avalon will be at our nearby Toyota dealership before you know it. Contact us today for more details!
